Andrew is instrumental in the development of the business strategy for InfrasoftTech in Guernsey. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial markets focusing on trust, banking and the development of business strategy; he chaired the industry committee liaising with the Hong Kong Government on the implementation of the mechanisms for the Automatic Exchange of Information and Common Reporting Standards.

He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate practitioners (TEP), a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and a Member of the London Institute for Banking and Finance and holds a Hong Kong Securities Institute Practicing Certificate in Securities.

Maninder, is the co founder of InfrasoftTech. He is responsible for the core architecture and infrastructure for the hosted products. He is also responsible for the Information System at InfrasoftTech. Maninder has been instrumental in delivering our Branch Automation Software Solution & our Core Banking Solution. He also pioneered building of an ATM Switch which has later developed into a full-fledged Payment hub.

Maninder has more than 28 years of experience of in managing Core Research for building Platforms for Next Generation Banking Products.

Kankesh Kamath is the Chief Financial Officer of Infrasoft Technologies Limited having 20 plus years of diverse work experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Accounts, Audits, Taxation & compliance. At Infrasoft Technologies, he is responsible for Finance & Accounts, Tax, Legal & Secretarial Compliance Functions of the Company and its worldwide subsidiaries.

Apart from his core functions he works closely with business managers in new deal structuring, pricing, and business plan evaluation for investments in new growth areas etc.

Sonali brings more than 19 years of Human Resource development expertise and strong understanding of Human Resource function to InfrasoftTech. Committed to promoting and strengthening organizational culture to build a powerful brand as a “Great Place to Work”, Sonali oversees the entire gamut of HR functions.

As a custodian of talent identification and development she champions InfrasoftTech HR processes and initiatives thus aligning to the business needs.

Vijay Kumar is a senior professional with 20 years of diverse professional experience within the payments and banking domains.

He has been instrumental in growth strategy , business development and Product Management in and leading teams, across his previous organisations of repute.  Vijay  brings in a global experience having worked with diverse cultures and markets.  At Infrasoft Technologies Ltd., he’s responsible for our Digital and Payments business.
