Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading our event management and on-ground marketing initiatives, driving brand visibility, and fostering stakeholder engagement through meticulously planned and executed events. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and team leadership to enhance our presence in the digital solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Identification and Evaluation: Research and identify potential events, trade shows, and conferences that align with the company’s marketing objectives. Evaluate the ROI potential and present findings to internal stakeholders for approval.

Contract Negotiation: Engage with event organizers to negotiate terms, including booth placement, sponsorship packages, and other promotional opportunities.

Logistical Management: Oversee all logistical aspects, including booth setup, transportation of promotional materials, and staffing arrangements.

Corporate Gift Vendor Selection and Collateral Production: Responsible for selecting vendors for corporate gifts, brochures, calendars, and other marketing collaterals. This includes overseeing the design and production process to ensure materials align with’s brand standards and marketing goals.

Association Memberships and Industry Engagement: Manage’s memberships in relevant industry associations to enhance our network and visibility within the industry. This includes participating in association events, forums, and activities to stay abreast of industry trends and establish strategic partnerships.

Conceptualise and execute, post necessary management approvals– the creation of digital assets for brand and products – for example, product explainer videos, brand video, catalogues, brochures, etc.

Video Production and Editing Skills: Proficient in video editing and production, with the ability to create compelling and informative demo videos. Experience with video editing software and a keen eye for visual storytelling are essential for developing high-quality content that effectively demonstrates’s products and services.

Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and other external partners.

Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Sales, Legal, and other marketing teams to secure necessary approvals and budgets for events.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and regularly update SOPs for event participation, ensuring that best practices are documented and consistently followed.

Create and implement training modules to enhance team members’ skills in event management and on-ground marketing.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or a similar role within a corporate setting. Demonstrated success in executing large-scale events, preferably in the tech or financial sector.

Experience in digital marketing, including the creation of digital assets such as explainer videos and brochures. Familiarity with CRM and event management software. Excellent project management and team leadership abilities. Ability to travel as required for event participation and management.
