Should have overall IT experience of 12+ years and 4-5 years as a Project Leader for international clients (UK/Europe/US), Experience in managing application development and maintenance projects complete life cycle and having trans formation experience, Setting up project governance cadence, Collaborating with Customer’s IT as well as Business stakeholders, Excellent team management skills. Prior experience of managing a team of about 20+ associates, Anticipating problems and managing the risks and dependencies related to the project, Tracking & Reporting the project progress and status to Steering Board on a regular basis, Experience with Agile software development methodology (Scrum), Managing distributed delivery teams across locations (remotely), Excellent communication and facilitation skills
