Participate in client requirement workshops and identify any gaps together with high level proposals for their resolution (e.g., development, workarounds, or changes in processes). Ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.

Analyse client business requirements, liaise with client(s) / project team(s) and produce functional specification document for addressing the requirements. Be involved actively in the process till the sign-off is obtained from the client.

Involved in creating wireframes and mock ups for the system and include them in functional specification document.

Participate in Solution design with development / testing teams to ensure the requirements are addressed. Ensure Requirement Traceability Matrix is created and updated to facilitate tracking of requirements coverage.

Participate in the Implementation for all major developments in the domain.

Participate in the training the bank’s core project team during SIT/UAT.

Travel onsite for requirement gathering and project implementation, at short notice.

Ability to work independently and without supervision with an eye for issue resolution and Customer-Product Centric approach.

Mentor junior business analysts/consultants in the team.
